What is your return policy?  We send all body jewelry in sealed bags, so if you decide that you do not want the item, please do not open the bag.  All items are inspected and packages are weighed (to ensure accuracy of order) prior to being sent.  If for some reason, you do receive an item which is damaged, we will replace it with the exact same item.  You must contact us within 3 days from date and time of Delivery Confirmation prior to making any returns. 

Do you have a catalog that you could send me?  We are always adding new products, so it would be difficult to keep the catalog current.
